What if I have not filed my taxes?

You can still file your case but you will need to get all of your taxes filed within a few weeks of filing Chapter 13. What if I am self-employed and don't have pay stubs?

No problem.You can sign an affidavit as to the approximate amount that you do earn on a monthly basis.Please bring the last 90 days of bank statements to your appointment.

I have no idea where my social security card is. What else can I use?

You can use an old W-2 or 1099 that reflects your full social security number.

What if I have already filed bankruptcy before? Can I file again?

Yes. Typically you are not restricted in filing bankruptcy again. You can file Chapter 7 once every 8 years and you can file a Chapter 13 at any time. So even if you don’t qualify for one Chapter of bankruptcy you can use another to protect yourself.
